Traditional processing, ancient Italian Senatore Cappelli wheat ground in our mill and fresh eggs. These are the ingredients used for our amazing biscuits. To achieve greater porosity and roughness, they are wire-cut as in the artisan process of the past. Perfect as a dunking biscuit, it contains no hydrogenated fats, GMOs, colourings, preservatives or palm oil. They have 60% less saturated fat than the average best-selling biscuits (source: unioneitalianafood.it)
Available in two flavours- classic and wholewheat, they are the perfect choice for a family breakfast or a quick and delicious snack.
